15-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

We strive to provide high-quality products that satisfy our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee, applicable only to orders purchased from our official website.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Return Period: Products can be returned for a full refund within 15 days from the date of purchase, for any reason.
  2. Order Source: This policy is only applicable to orders made on our official website. If your purchase was made through a retailer, please contact the retailer directly.
  3. Corporate Purchases & Bulk Orders: Refunds are not available for corporate or bulk purchases. (Note: Orders with more than 5 units of the same product are considered bulk orders.)

Return Requirements

  • Condition: Products must be undamaged, complete with all original accessories and packaging materials.
  • Bundle Orders: For orders that include discounted or free bundled items, refunds can only be processed for the entire order. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not permitted.

Return & Refund Process

  1. Submit a Refund or Replacement Request:    

    Contact our customer service team to initiate your refund or replacement request. We will provide you with a prepaid return label at no additional cost.

  2. Shipping:    
    • For non-quality-related issues, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • For quality-related issues, we will cover the cost of returning the product to our warehouse.
  3. Inspection & Refund:    

    Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

    Refund Rejection: Returns may be rejected if the items do not meet the above requirements or show signs of damage not caused by our shipping.

Important Notes

  1. 15-Day Refund Window: Refund requests for the 15-day money-back guarantee must be made within 15 days of opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a refund request for non-quality issues if the 15-day window has expired.
  2. Exceptions: For purchases not made directly through the COSTA online store, refunds and returns must be handled through the original retailer.
