 1.Q: Can an order be canceled?

    A: If the order is in status pending fulfillment, please contact Costa customer support on whatsapp Or cs@costa.co.id to cancel. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

   2. T: Can the order be changed?

   J: Orders cannot be changed once they have been successfully placed. However, you can contact Costa customer support on whatsapp or cs@costa.co.id to cancel the order if it is still in the pending         fulfillment status, then place the order again. 

3. Q: Can the delivery address be changed?

    J: The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been successfully placed. However, customers can contact Costa Customer Support to cancel the order if it is still in a status pending     fulfillment, then place the order with the appropriate address again.

4. T: If a customer chooses standard shipping, how long will it take?

    A: Standard shipping usually takes 10-15 business days to the destination country from the date of order submission.

5. T: How can customers get support on how to use the product or to find out if Costa products are compatible with some phones/camera?

 J: Customers can directly send inquiries to whatsapp or cs@costa.co.id. Costa customer support will contact you with a solution as soon as possible.
